Нажмите Пуск - Настройка - Панель управления - Сетевые подключения. Щелкните правой кнопкой мыши по соединению InfoKom. Нажмите Свойства. Выберите вкладку Сеть. Снимите галочки со всех протоколов, кроме Протокола Интернета и QoS. Переподключитесь.
